The Minnesota State Show 2024 recently concluded in Sauk Centre, MN. From June 13 to 15, the show brought together top-notch dairy cattle and their passionate exhibitors. The event featured open and junior Holstein shows, and a Red & White show, offering a platform for breeders and enthusiasts to showcase their finest animals.  The three-day event witnessed some incredible competition, thanks to the meticulous judging by esteemed judges Brian Carscadden (ON), Tanner Schmaling (WI), and Mark Sweetnam (MB). Attendees experienced high excitement and anticipation as the judges sorted through various classes and selected their champions. 

“The quality of animals presented this year was outstanding,” noted Judge Brian Carscadden, “It was truly a testament to the dedication and hard work of the breeders.”

  • Holstein Show Grand Champion: Stone-Front Artist Raspberry (Artist), 1st 5-year-old, Feltmann Dairy, Intrigue Holsteins & Tanner Morrison, Cosmos, MN
  • Junior Holstein Show Grand Champion: Our-Favorite Certainty-ET (Crushabull), 1st 5-year-old, Fier Family, Taunton, MN
  • Red & White Show Grand Champion: Intrigue AP Crisp Grace-Red (Apple-Crisp), 1st junior 3-year-old, Blake & Cory Schmidt, Cosmos, MN
