Accelerated Genetics is please to welcome new team members Josie Dechant of LaCrosse, Wis., and Drew Smith of Madison, Wis. Dechant is a Laboratory Technician at Accelerated Genetics’ Semen and Distribution Center in Westby, Wis. and Smith is a General Programmer at Accelerated Genetics Adminstrative Headquarters in Baraboo, Wis.
Dechant joins Accelerated Genetics professional laboratory team whose main focus is to perform daily duties associated with processing high quality semen. She is a recent graduate from Globe University with a Veterinarian Technician degree.
Smith’s primary responsibilities include the programming new and updating current computer systems for Accelerated Genetics. Prior to joining Accelerated Genetics, Smith worked as a software developer for Epic in Verona, Wis. He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin – Madison with a degree in Computer Science.
