The company needs an area of 150 hectares to build the facilities that will house the 20,000 dairy cows and the 5,000 livestock heifers. The project also plans to cultivate some 3,000 hectares of irrigated land, which will be used to produce the fodder needed to feed the herd.

The project is the victim of several ecological attacks to focus on transparency by communicating on hygiene and animal welfare. Thus the entire herd can be vaccinated in 6 hours in the event of a health crisis in the European Union.

The amount of food required for this breeding is set at 600,000 kilograms of fodder each day. It is also estimated that cows produce about 500,000 kilograms of organic waste per day. This waste will be reused, for the production of renewable energy) through a biogas plant.
